The successful candidate will be responsible for applying HR strategy and direction within the Foundation.
Developing people capability aspects of business area’s strategic plans and providing consultative services to senior management on strategic people management issues.
You will provide direction on the HR implications of strategic and change projects including managing resourcing requirements within the business area.
Be accountable for delivery of high-quality end-to-end HR Processes and manage relationships between the business and external service providers and partners.
You will consult with expertise areas to gather relevant advice and solutions for the Foundation.
Take responsibility for hires and provide support for all resourcing matters and more complex personnel issues, such as TUPE, Disciplinary, Grievances etc.
Requirements:

The Events Manager will work alongside the Chief Marketing Officer and Head of Creative Strategy, along with other partners in development and delivery of UK & global based events.
Requirements:

- Ensure consistent and efficient delivery of an exceptional event experience in all phases of the event.
